July 15th - Abstraction Submission closes 

July 30th - Outcome of submitted abstracts (due to limited capacity, only 40 abstracts will be accepted.)

The selection process will be based on:  

• career stage (earlier career and PhD students will be prioritised);

• Relevance to the conference topics.

September 2nd - Registration/Payment closes

September 2nd-5th- Conference
